What We Provide

At Opal, almost everything you need to throw a beautiful event is included.

  • Tables and Chairs for up to 100 Guests

  • We recommend under 80 guests for weddings

  • A variety of decor options

  • Ivory or Black Table Linens

  • Bar and Large Entry Table (No Kegs or outside alcohol allowed onsite)

  • Cocktail Tables 

  • Sound System with AUX Hookup and Microphone

  • Projector for Photo Slide Show, Video, Presentations (HDMI Hookup)

  • Chafing Racks (Renter Must Provide your own 12”x20” Foil Pans , Sterno Fuel Canisters, and Lighter)

  • Rolling Coat Rack 

  • Free WIFI

Additional Information

  • Parking – Free, Public Parking Lot next to the building + Street Parking

  • No Exclusive Caterers List – Bring in your own Food/Drinks that are non-alcoholic or Hire a Caterer of Your Choosing 

  • Cleanup –  Covered in cleaning fee. Guests discard all Cups, Plates, Cans, Food Scraps, Disposable Decorations, etc. into garbage cans at the end of the event, our staff takes out the trash and sweeps venue at end of the event. Everything you bring in leaves with you at the end of the event.

  • Venue Layout is Flexible. Tables/Chairs/Furniture can be moved to accommodate each different event layout.

  • Most Major Venue Setup (Tables/Chairs/Furniture) will be completed prior to arrival.

  • Climate Controlled (Heated and Air Conditioned)

  • Non-Smoking Venue

  • We are a credit card only facility, we do not accept cash outside of tips for the staff. Please ensure your guests are aware that when we state it is a "cash bar" that means the bar is open at the expense of the guests, not covered by the host.

Restrictions

The following items are not allowed to be used (unless approved):

  • Open Flame Candles & Incense

  • Glitter, Rice, Confetti, Feathers (Any Fine Particles)

  • Nails or tacks on the walls

  • Grills, Ovens, Ranges

How to Book

If you are interested in booking your event or would like to schedule a walkthrough, please click the button below to fill out the contact us form, or call us at 812-290-7048 to get the booking process started. We do require a 30% deposit and signed contract to hold your date.

Payment

30% of payment is due at the time of booking. We accept credit card, check, or electronic payment methods. Credit card is our primary payment method, but we will accept check. All contracts and invoices are sent from Square a secure payment and information platform.
